The SimTrecs ProPedal GT MKII - 2 Pedal Set is a premium throttle and brake system for demanding PC sim racers who do not need a clutch pedal. It is designed for modern racing disciplines where precise brake control and smooth throttle modulation matter more than manual clutch operation, including GT racing, endurance, formula cars, prototypes, rally, drifting and high-performance road-car simulations. The pedal set is built around a rigid CNC-machined aluminium construction with steel rods, precision bushings and ball bearings in critical moving points. This gives the pedals a solid, smooth and play-free mechanical feel suitable for high-end simulator cockpits and Direct Drive wheelbase setups.

The brake pedal uses a 200 kg load cell sensor, allowing braking to be controlled by pressure rather than simple pedal travel. This helps the driver build repeatable muscle memory, especially during trail braking, threshold braking and long racing sessions where consistency is critical. The brake also uses hydraulic damping and adjustable mechanical elements, allowing the feel of the pedal to be tuned to the driver's preference. The MKII generation adds brake haptic feedback controlled through SimHub. Depending on simulator telemetry and profile configuration, this can be used for effects such as ABS activity, tyre lock-up cues or other braking-related feedback. This gives the brake pedal an additional layer of information without relying only on force feedback from the wheelbase.

The throttle pedal is designed for smooth, progressive and controlled input. Its mechanical construction and high-quality sensing make it easier to apply power precisely at corner exit, manage traction in powerful cars and maintain consistent inputs over long stints. SmartDrive software allows detailed configuration of the pedal set. The user can calibrate the pedals, adjust dead zones, set maximum brake force, limit brake output, tune response curves and save profiles. This makes it possible to adapt the same pedal set to different cars, different simulators and different driving styles. The ProPedal GT MKII connects directly to the PC via USB and works as a dedicated pedal controller. It does not need to be connected through a specific wheelbase, which makes it suitable for mixed sim racing ecosystems using Simucube, Asetek, Fanatec, MOZA, Simagic, VRS and other PC-based hardware.
