This set consisting of two actuators with 100mm/3.93in stroke, power cabinet and motion controller (QS-MC6) is the perfect solution for all drivers who want to come into the virtual world of competition or need a 2DOF as a first motion platform. The QS-220 2DOF Actuators Intro Set is the starter configuration of the QS-220 actuator ecosystem, built for sim racers and professional users who want serious motion range from the beginning. Using QS-220 industrial-grade linear actuators with 100 mm stroke, it delivers a larger motion envelope than compact actuator systems while keeping the setup modular, efficient, and straightforward to integrate into popular aluminum-profile cockpits.

QS-220 is engineered for demanding applications where precision, responsiveness, and motion headroom matter. With very low latency control and real-time vibration detail up to 100 Hz, it reproduces road texture, curb strikes, engine vibrations, and rapid chassis dynamics with exceptional clarity. Everything is configured through Qubic Manager using game-specific profiles and deep tuning options, so you can quickly dial in intensity and filtering to match your driving style.

Most importantly, the Intro Set is designed to grow with you. When you are ready for more realism and a full 3DOF configuration, you can expand the system by adding the dedicated Upgrade Set, without rebuilding your rig from scratch.

Plug & Perform

We’ve equipped our latest power cabinets and actuators with a new generation of connectors. Built with a chrome-plated brass shell and a shielded structure, they offer solid robust protection against electromagnetic interference.

This protects your health and EMC-sensitive equipment because such protection is impossible with plastic connectors massively used in the simracing/simulation market (they are not properly shielded).

What’s more, they’re fully detachable, which makes installation very easy without the need for technical skills and far less time-consuming.

What motion configurations (DOF) can QS-220 support?

Depending on the number of QS-220 modules and the cockpit configuration, QS-220 can be built as 2 / 3 or even 4 / 5 / 6 DOF when working in motion cockpits setup.

What are the key performance specs of QS-220 actuators?

Actuator stroke is 100 mm (3.93"). Maximum velocity is up to 800 mm/s (Q-Mode on 230V) and the system supports real-time vibrations in the 0–100 Hz range, with latency below 8 ms.

What power supply is required?

115/230 VAC single-phase power (region dependent). The system connects to the PC via USB (through the motion controller set).

What’s the difference between QS-220 and QS-210?

QS-220 is the larger, higher-stroke system (100 mm vs 60 mm on QS-210) designed for bigger motion envelopes and heavier-duty applications. It also supports higher maximum velocity modes (up to 800 mm/s in Q-Mode) and higher recommended payloads in 3DOF configurations compared to QS-210.

What is included in the QS-220 Intro Set?

It includes 1x QS-220 motion set (2x QS-L1 actuators + 1x QS-SB2 power cabinet + motion-lock cable + power cable) plus the QS-MC6 motion controller set (M10 USB controller, motion-lock cable, M-BUS terminator, USB cable, and CAT5E patch cord).

What motion DOF do I get with the Intro set?

It’s the entry configuration 2 DOF (2 actuators). Actually, the exact DOF depends on the cockpit geometry, but this set is intended as a starter 2 DOF motion base that can be expanded later.

Can I upgrade later to a larger configuration?
