What type of power supply is required to operate the platform?

Single-phase 230 V AC (±10%), 50–60 Hz, with neutral (N) and protective earth (PE). RCCB required; recommended circuit breaker: C16. These requirements follow the manufacturer’s user manual. Have a qualified electrician check the installation and suitability of its protective devices before connection. The manual excludes IT earthing systems. For installations supplying only 120 V, including in the USA, obtain manufacturer confirmation of the requirements for the specific hardware revision before purchase or connection. Direct 120 V operation and a B20 circuit breaker are not confirmed by this manual.

Is the QS-S35 platform compatible with VR technology?

Yes. With compatible hardware and software, VR HeadWay compensates for platform movement in the VR headset tracking. Follow the compatibility and setup instructions for the selected headset and game.

Is software included, and how is it installed?

Yes, Qubic Manager software is required and can be easy downloaded. The QS-S35 serial number is needed for activation and profile setup. Qubic Manager license is free of charge.

How long does the warranty period last?

The manufacturer, Qubic System (Motion Systems), provides a 2-year warranty for non-commercial customers and a 1-year limited warranty for commercial customers, subject to its warranty terms. The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect consumers’ statutory rights against Apex One for lack of conformity.

Can I integrate the QS-S35 with QS-BT1?

Of course, there is such a possibility. Dedicated brackets are included, allowing you to easily mount the QS-BT1.
