By Qubic System

QS-210 2.5DOF Actuators Pivot Set

€4.160,95 - €4.641,95
Price includes VAT. Free delivery across the EU.

A compact, high-impact motion starter kit combining 2x QS-210 actuators with the dedicated QS-Pivot geometry. This 2.5DoF setup delivers strong pitch and roll cues with an enhanced sense of vertical load transfer, bumps, and chassis movement - without the footprint of a full 4-actuator system. Includes QS-MC6 (M10 Controller + Motion-Lock Switch) for PC control via Qubic Manager.

The sensation of vertical movement (heave) is generated through pitch; it is not an independently controlled vertical movement. Full 3DOF with independent heave requires replacing QS-Pivot with a second pair of matching actuators and adding another power cabinet.

What’s included (bundle contents)

  • QS-210 motion set - 2 actuators + power cabinet
  • QS-Pivot
  • QS-MC6 (MOTION-LOCK Switch + M10 Controller)
  • Power cable (region specific)

The QS-210 Pivot Set is a premium entry point into actuator-based motion for sim racers who want maximum sensation without jumping straight to a full 4-actuator layout. By combining a pair of QS-210 linear actuators with the dedicated QS-Pivot geometry, it creates a unique “2.5 DOF” driving experience - delivering strong pitch and roll cues while enhancing the perception of vertical load transfer, bumps, and chassis movement, all in a compact and efficient setup.

QS-210 linear actuators reproduce motion and vibration effects from game telemetry. Qubic Manager provides game profiles and controls for intensity, filters and effects.

The Pivot Set is also a smart long-term choice because it’s modular. When you’re ready to upgrade, you can replace the pivot by adding two more actuators to reach a full 3DOF configuration - without rebuilding your rig or changing your overall platform concept.

The sensation of vertical movement (heave) is generated through pitch; it is not an independently controlled vertical movement.

QS-MC6 controller with a USB-C port for connection to your computer. USB-C cable included.

2.5 DOF Pivot Set

With two actuators and QS-Pivot, the 2.5DOF configuration provides pitch and roll. The sensation of vertical movement (heave) is generated through pitch; it is not an independently controlled vertical movement.

Full 3DOF with independent heave requires replacing QS-Pivot with a second pair of matching actuators and adding another power cabinet.

Plug & Perform

The power cabinets and actuators use detachable, shielded connectors with chrome-plated brass housings. Shielding helps reduce electromagnetic interference. Detachable cables make cockpit installation and cable routing easier. Connect the equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

60 mm Actuator Stroke

The 60 mm stroke is the extension range of a QS-210 actuator. Actuator movement conveys braking, acceleration, cornering and road-surface effects. The cockpit’s movement range and directions also depend on actuator placement and frame geometry. Stroke alone does not determine a platform’s degrees of freedom.

Enhance Stability

Dedicated brackets allow QS-210 actuators to be mounted to compatible aluminium-profile cockpits. They help position the actuators on the frame and provide secure attachment. Check the mounting arrangement for your cockpit before installation.

Mounting Options

The QS-210 brackets offer different options for mounting the actuators to your cockpit. Choose an arrangement that suits the construction of your frame; the materials below show the available mounting options.

Qubic Manager Software

Qubic Manager is software developed by the hardware manufacturer to configure and operate motion platforms. It works with many racing and flight simulators on PC; the list of supported games grows with software updates.

Profiles and settings let you adjust motion intensity, responses to bumps, roll and pitch to your preferences.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is QS-210?

QS-210 is a compact linear-actuator motion system designed for sim racing and simulation. It is built for low-latency response and real-time vibration effects.

What cockpits is QS-210 compatible with?

QS-210 is designed for popular aluminum-profile cockpits and ships with actuator mounting brackets to simplify installation.

What are the key performance specs?

60 mm; 0–100 Hz; <8 ms; 300 mm/s; 0.4 G (Heavy Duty). Pivot 2.5DOF operates in Heavy Duty mode only.

What power supply is required?

120/230 V AC ±10%, 50–60 Hz; single phase, neutral and protective earth (PE). The included QS-MC6 connects to the PC via USB; the M10 controller has a USB-C port.

What software is used? Is it included?

Qubic Manager is used to configure and run the system. The license is included (free-of-charge).

Does it require maintenance?

Follow the manual for periodic inspection and cleaning, including cables, connectors and mounting fasteners. Do not lubricate or service internal components unless instructed by the manufacturer.

What does “2.5 DOF” mean on the Pivot Set?

With two actuators and QS-Pivot, the 2.5DOF configuration provides pitch and roll. The sensation of vertical movement (heave) is generated through pitch; it is not an independently controlled vertical movement. Full 3DOF with independent heave requires replacing QS-Pivot with a second pair of matching actuators and adding another power cabinet.

What is included in the Pivot Set box?

A pair of QS-210 linear actuators with stabilization plates (with actuator brackets), 1 power cabinet (control module), 1 Pivot Bar, 1 QS-MC6 controller set, and a power cable.

Who is the Pivot Set for?

Users who want stronger high-end sensations from a dual-actuator setup, while keeping the footprint and complexity lower than a full 3DOF (4-actuator) configuration.

Can I still upgrade the Pivot Set to a full 3DOF configuration later?

Yes. The QS-210 system is modular. The Upgrade Set provides a second pair of QS-210 actuators and an additional Power Cabinet. Replacing the QS-Pivot support with these actuators gives you a full 3DOF configuration, including independent vertical movement (heave). Your existing QS-MC6 controller remains part of the system.
