How can I connect the wheel to my PC?

F-CORE supports USB + Bluetooth dual mode. Bluetooth pairs directly to your PC (bypassing the wheelbase). USB connection is also supported

Is the Bluetooth connection reliable? Is there noticeable input lag?

According to the manufacturer, it pairs like any other Bluetooth device and the input lag is close to zero. They recommend using a good Bluetooth receiver/adapter on your computer
